Michael’s notable business aviation career started in 2001 in Scottsdale, Arizona while attending Arizona State University, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Psychology. He will joke and say it started well before that, “My father was flying back to AZ with my mother onboard when she went into labor and they had to make an emergency landing in Denver, CO where I was born, weighing just 3lbs. Aviation is in my blood whether I like it or not!”
His family interests in the oil and gas industry brought him to work for a leasing affiliate of Chesapeake Energy, where after a year he decided to pursue his true passion, following in his father’s footsteps, to make his own mark in aviation. He began his involvement at Southwest Flight Center as the operations coordinator where he became savvy with single and twin-engine piston aircraft. In 2009 he spearheaded the promotion and development of an Anti-Terrorism Aerial Surveillance System, centered on the use of the Beechcraft King Air 350 as an ISR platform. Since then he has been heavily involved with the acquisition and sale of many business jets, turboprops and piston aircraft. Michael has built long lasting friendships with his customers and other industry professionals. He believes heavily in customer service and one-on-one interactions, welcoming pop-in face-to-face meetings anytime at the Scottsdale office.
Michael runs our US and Latin American operations from our American headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. His relationships with pilots, DOM’s, Owners, other dealers and brokers will allow for unmatched opportunities giving our customers the best available options when buying or selling their aircraft.
